I agree. I am just finishing up a #30daychallenge of a value video per day. Working a full time job it was difficult to do a video each day, but I was able to do it. Will I keep up at the video per day pace? I might because I have proven I can. I will adjust my goals, as you say, if I need to but this #30daychallenge was invaluable to get me started.
