DTube Fitness Motivation - Tapping For Self-Acceptance on Your Fitness Journey

Greetings Steem Stars and DTube Fitness Fanatics!

Today, I want to share how you can use EFT tapping to keep motivated when you've been on a fitness journey for a while and haven't got the results you were after.

The reality is that we tend to dramatically overestimate what we can achieve in a short time and then underestimate what we can achieve over a sustained, longer period.

This is true whether in fitness or any other area of life.

So, when you feel like you've been working hard, but things haven't happened as quickly as you'd like them to, try this process.

It enables you to literally "make light" any heavy feelings that you've got about yourself and the world in relation to your fitness results.

It's even better if you start to bring in some humour, once you have released the heaviest aspects of the emotions and beliefs.

Laughter really can be the best medicine!
