Of course it is fully your decision and you are the only one who knows backgrounds, chances for an other income and your future plans but:
If I would not enjoy my job - I would quit as soon as possible. That's what I did some years before and I don't regret it.

The same with the living place. If I would not enjoy where I live - I would leave. So I did some years before also and I am happy with this.

You are the only one who builds your own reality and future and you need to think about wisely what you want to be - that you can become this person in future.
I would not suggest to just do impulse changes but if something disturbs your comfort and happiness the "wise" decision should be made pretty soon.
Every happy/unhappy day is changing the future of yourself.
