I've become addicted to tracking my steps since grabbing a Fitbit earlier in the year. I attempt the 10k steps a day and manage it most days. Remember, a good walk will keep you in the fat burning zone without so much impact on your body.
Yeah I noticed when looking back on the fitbit app that the times i walk/run are better fat burning that when i just run!
