Hum... @therealwolf talks about that in his post and he says it is a common problem that apparently no one could have yet found solution. 🤨 Check his post to see what he suggest to do. Or you can try and login on mobile and see if it appear there. In this case dont forget to choose the to see the desktop version and have Your phone side ways (landscape)
