Good morning @nathanmars, I'm waiting for see what's you'll do in 17th August. Yesterday I try lot of time upload Dtube. 11 times failed with unknown error. Today I'll try it again. I'm gonna crazy with error while occurred to Dtube.
Use the brave browser. I upload from it.

I completely understand the feeling of getting this errors when we uploading videos on DTube and Dlive.
I would suggest use different browser chrome then try uploading a short video like 1 minuets long.
Let me know how it goes
Yep..Only I can post through Dtube short video indeed time duration 1-3 minutes video. Today I'll try another one.
