Greetings Stars of the Steam Multiverse

Welcome back for another episode of The DFiles, where today, we look at one of the big sticking points that many people find when they become aware that things aren't necessarily as they seem.

This is becoming obsessed with the problem.

Both @bobaphet and I have been involved with and spoken at events within the Truth movements.

We noticed that, while some people are looking at the solutions they can create, many more just spend their time ruminating deeper and deeper into whatever problem they are perceiving and becoming angry.

Now, it's important to have this awareness to begin with. However, once you have seen the problem, it is important to shift your focus onto what you can do and create.

While anger can motivate you for a while, it doesn't promote creative thinking and meaningful solutions.

We are living in amazing times and, although we face many challenges, there are incredible solutions available to all of us at all levels and we touch on some of them here.

One way to move into a solution focused state of being is to shift your energy and beliefs about what is possible.

Next week, we will explore some ways that you can do that.
