Welcome to day one of this special series "7 Chakras in 7 Days".

Over the next week, we are going to explore using specific tones to activate the body's energy centres - The Chakra system.

Today, we are activating the Root Chakra, or Muladhara.

Located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor, and the first three vertebrae, the root chakra is responsible for your sense of safety and security on this earthly journey.

As well as carrying out the chant, you may wish to visualise colour during the process. The colours associated with this Chakra are red and black.

If you are repeating, the toning starts at 6 mins 42 seconds.

Enjoy the process and we will be back tomorrow to activate the Sacral Chakra.
