Games Mania at Glasgow Science Centre
We went to the last day of the Games Mania event at the Glasgow Science Center and had a great time. Everything from Pong right through to VR. I was an arcade junkie as a kid so I was in my element. I got to show my kids just how bad I was at Defender. Donkey Kong was more my thing and I got to play that too. Oh, and the ZX Spectrum and Commodore 64 were represented! I switched camps as a kid, from Commodore Vic20 to Spectrum 48. I'm still a bit of a whore, using both Windows and Mac. I know, right!

OMG! That's Amazing Man! :D All Retro games I grow up with. ZX Spectrum my first computer ever <3 also Commodore 64, Amiga's 500-600-1200-CD32 :D
It was fun Neo, made less so by my orthodontic appointment taking over an hour instead of the 10 mins I'd expected, so we only had a couple of hours in the expo. Still great though. They even had Pong, which I had in the late 70s. My dad was always a gadget guy too. Then it was Vic20, Spectrum 48 then a big jump of a few years to an Amiga 500+. I don't game at all now, otherwise I'd get nothing done. My son loves it though - he's 12 and is into all sorts, most notably Nintendo stuff.
Game Boy, NES, SNES and Nintendo 64 you mean? :D I've got all of them. My father got an electronic shop in 90s with computers, consoles etc.
