@gabbyg86, My brother, you would not believe how easy it is. Most of people are overthinking and then they mess all the tastes up. I would say keep it simple.
Like the meat patties. Nothing in the meat except beef, salt pepper and a bit of oil. Rub it, drop it on bbq, 4 minutes one side on hot hot coal, turn around, drop the cheese. Bam! Done! sauce of your choise, and you have a great burger! Vuolia!
