But it would be all optional since everyone else could keep uploading videos in the same way and having them deleted after a while. This is just for the one who want to keep it long-term.
And not only videos, but all IPFS links that user posts in the Blockchain as backup for when the IPFS server on the post doesn't have the link anymore.
