Du coup... un minimum de préparation physique pour le vétéran que je suis s'impose... enfin on ne dit plus vétéran mais Master ... pour faire moins vieux 😂.

Le Tour des Flandres une des plus belles classiques du calendrier cycliste avec Paris-Roubaix. Des courses d'hommes ;)
OUI ... PARIS -ROUBAIX.... fait ....
Maintenant on va voir si on est de vrais flahutes..... (nom de mon club.... TEAM FLAHUTES)
Il faut un sacré mental..... mais avec l'expérience.... on n'abondonne jamais...
