Recently at Blockchain Expo, we had the pleasure of interviewing Emma Lawton.
We posted about the exciting projects/individuals we met here: https://steemit.com/blockchain/@weareunblocked/interviewing-exciting-projects-at-blockchain-expo
Emma Lawton was one of the most interesting individuals we met at the Expo. She was there on the panel to discuss "AI for Social Good", and we knew we wanted to speak to her afterwards.

Emma has a very inspirational story, having been diagnosed with Parkinsons at the age of 29, she continues to live a full life, working as Creative Director of Parkinsons UK, blogging, writing a book, and so much else.
In this interview, we talk about how technology allows her to experience more freedom in her day to day life.
We often think of the ways technology disconnect people, but forget how it can enable some people to make connections and enable them to live a more full life.
From being able to order taxis by voice recognition to a special watch allowing her to write, technology is a blessing for Emma.
Watch this brief interview to hear more!
It was such a pleasure to meet her, and we hope to have an opportunity to meet her and speak with her again!
We hope that you enjoyed watching this today!
If you have any thoughts or comments, let us know, we'd love to hear from you!
