What are we doing with saline water and why not use it?
What is our 3% situation?

Water shortages are indeed a huge problem in many parts of the world Vibi.
Populations continue to expand and even with desalination the problem will not go away due to the side effects.
Here in South Africa we still have dry towns and dry dams due mainly to erratic, or no rainfall.

Then there are so many businesses and people that contaminate the existing sparse water flows. Oils, chemicals and even sewage continue to be dumped into the rives causing innocent people, most often the poor, to get sick when they drink the water.
A huge problem indeed, that is the scarcity of this precious resource.
Blessings!
