Mighty to Save Isaiah 63 verse 1

By the words "to save" we understand the whole of the great work of salvation. It's God heart desire that all men must be saved.

We read in John 3:16

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."

Christ is not only "mighty to save" those who repent, but he is able to make men repent. He will carry those who repent to heaven. Jesus is, moreover, mighty to give men new hearts and to work faith in them. He is mighty to make the man who hates holiness love it.

Those who still deny salvation through Christ, keep seeking God's opinion about salvation through Christ Jesus, do not give up your prayers, for Christ is "mighty to save."
