Tribes, also how to make my voting weight stronger(as I've staked steem into SP and have had some delegated to me but my vote value remains 0.001 steem, wondering why). Also the best and most effective/proper way to tag a post, like if I make a post about my Akitas for isntance, do I just tag it "dogs" ?
