Learn to accept yourself
Do you accept yourself? Do you care what others think about you?
First of all you have to know everything about yourself, your strong and weak point in order to know what you should work on to become better. You can write down your strong points, they may change how you perceive yourself.
Before starting to improve yourself you have to accept yourself with all your advantages and disadvantages. Without that how do you want to change yourself?
Now you can think about them and try to improve every of them, but only one per day. I can say that one of my strong points is that I am very durable and I can exercise that by for example doing some hard work for a long period of time, despite the fact that it may hurt me. You have to work on yourself every day without breaks, with such an effort you can become wonderful person. You can work on your physicality, intellectuality or even on empathy.
There is one thing that you have to remember. You cannot compare yourself to others, that’s the worst thing you can do. Probably this person don’t care about you, and he or she is different from you. How can you compare different things? Everyone of us is unique.Take into consideration that everybody is on different stadium of developing himself and you don’t know what they are doing with themself.
To sum up, you have to know everything about yourself. Don’t forget to accept your person, then you can start changing yourself. The most important thing is that you shouldn’t compare yourself to others.
