Road to 100000 SP Day 84
This is my journey towards 100000 Steem Power Day 84 with no prior investments! Meaning I started on Steem with 0 account value!). I am a very dedicated individual and I want you guys to be a part of my journey to get you motivated and to learn from my mistakes!
Besides my daily description of what I did to reach that goal today, I will also use this as a "journal" to keep track of my other personal goals.
If you have any suggestions, want to help or work together with me or just want to leave feedback then just write that in the comments.
What I did Today to Reach my Goal
Today I uploaded something different. I uploaded an unboxing of @Hopehuggs second gift for me. You can watch that video & post HERE.
Training - Reach 90KG with 12% Bodyfat by July 2018
Today was shoulders and triceps day. I could increase the weight on some exercises even tho I thought that I wouldn't be able to because I worked out at home for a week.

We talked about transformations and posting tactics in the general chat. Most discussions today were in the internal chat which will remain a secret.

The following picture shows my physical and mental evolution of the last 4 years. It is the responsibility of every member to improve himself and the team. Lone wolves are not welcome, they can continue to look for water in the desert.
Diary
Woke up at 07:00 which is good. I also got Melatonin which I already took. It is a powder in a gelatin capsule and I have read that 3 mg is too much and that less is more with Melatonin.
So I opened the capsulate and consumed a quarter of that powder sublingually. I wonder if I will get tired and how my sleep will be. The results are different according to Reddit so I will have to see what works best for me.
I am quite tired the whole day but it was still very productive thanks to Melatonin!

Not being able to sleep is very daunting. I had a roommate in college who really struggled with this a lot on top of other stressful factors in life. As long as I have a quiet space and enough warmth, I usually fall asleep very easy. Some practices I do that others probably take for granted. 1. Allow myself a two hour cushion of time to wake up every day. I used to have an 8 hr/day job that started early, now I only work 4 hr/day there so I can start later in the day, and also work in the evenings at a different job. This allows me to never fear out that I'll get punished for being late/tardy. 2. Mellow down before bedtime. I am always doing something solo like watching tv, surfing the net, or reading before bed. The more calming the better. Video games tends to not work, as my attention gets more deeply wrapped into the next level of advancement, and the hours fly by. Reading non-fiction books really helps me to fall asleep quickly. 3. Keep my window shades open, and turn off the main room light. The sun is the best alarm clock. As the light in a room gets darker, fewer signals enter the eyes to the brain, and it is easier to sleep. I usually have just my lamp on after 9pm. I have such a hard time waking up usually, I have a lamp set to a timer that flicks on in the morning. Alarm clocks give me a heart attack feeling, and I end up just slapping it off instinctively anyway, so they don't work for me. I have a super crazy metabolism that burns fat an calories very easily. I can literally have a red bull or buzz cola before bed, and it will have no effect on my ability to sleep other than the indigestion from the fizz and and liquid that might wake me briefly for a bathroom run. Sorry if that is TMI, but you asked! Hope you have a great day.
Thanks for all those tips CT.
I use to take Melatonin but had to stop as it would kick in again at the oddest times during the day. I would be at work and start getting drowsy. Not a good thing when you have a job where you have to be alert at all times.
I have read that, thanks for sharing the knowledge.
You are most welcome!! and thanks for the most generous upvote!!!
Thanks for the good advice! I like your financial outlook and I think it is very possible. I think the best option would be to keep posting this every day until you get there and use youtube for the promotional journey to 100000 SP videos and dtube for interesting quality content exclusively.
That is what I am doing.
honestly looking at your photos and their evolution, I see how really you changed, you're cool. Usually I write a lot, you know it. But now I can only say one thing: soon you will be a whale, and from all your posts it will be possible to make a real allowance on how to become a whale.
Thank you Franklin.
What is your best tip to increase sleep quality?
This is what works for me, maybe it will for you:
Don’t shower shortly before bed, try showering at least an hour before bed or make a habit of showering in the mornings.
Eat dinner before 19:00
Do stretches that target the neck and back before and after sleep.
(Least Popular) Try walking around outside. Or increase physical activity in general.
For a messed up sleep pattern, drink camomile tea a half-hour before going to bed around 20:00 or 21:00. Do this at least for one week.
If your fatigue is constant due to long hours of sleep depravation over a period of days, try to dedicate at least one day, at a place with no electricity or distractions from other people, to read a book or just sit outside and phase out, do stretches and sleep periodically.
Don’t do anything in bed other than sleep.
Good tips Kouba.
better sleep comes from mind and body, so I think something abstract like music without lyrics/vocals is good before night. A random other note is most dreams are forgotten unless you wake up, so having bad sleep and waking up a lot you will be compensated by remembering more dreams =)
Doesn't help, but you got some positive thinking, thank you.
first of all, to sleep well, you need to give your best in the course of the day, that is, be as productive as possible ... well, the main thing is to drop all unnecessary thoughts, relax and immerse yourself in the realm of sleep. It is the mind's thoughts or the unspent energy that does not allow to fall asleep.
Doing that every day Franklin.
Hard work and pushing your physical and mental limitations.
I am doing that every day.
The coffee is messing you up. Brew a pot of UBER-strong ginger tea, and take that with 5-10 mg of melatonin one hour before bed. Instead of drinking coffee after 12 noon drink green tea, as the theanine in green tea will help relax you, so you can then follow up with the ginger tea plus melatonin at bedtime and get a good night sleep so that you can be LESS of a BeeeeeeeeeAtch! the next day...
why?
The best remedy for an excellent sleep, it's a physical load, but it's sure to be in the open air! I usually help :) Thanks @valorforfreedom
Watched your video, I'm proud to be a Blood Shaman in #berserkers, thank you for helping me bring out my potential further.
I have a question regarding the steem power delegation video you made the other day.
I just sent 6 SBD to blocktrades with the memo for 226 SP (90 days) but nothing has changed in my wallet. On blocktrades it says the transaction was completed.
Is there a waiting period before the delegated SP shows up in my wallet?
Thanks.
