Excel Charts Made Easy: Excel Charts and Graphs for Beginners

I'm going to show you how you can create an excel chart in under one second……and that’s a promise. I'll show you all the elements of Excel chart design; how to add legends, titles, styles, colours, new data etc. I’ll also talk you through all the different chart types. After all that, I'll show you how you can create any custom design chart from raw data within a few seconds.
One of the things you're going to need to do before you do anything with any chart is to get your data laid out in a sensible way. It's pretty important that the data is grouped together so you've not got blank columns or rows in between data, so you can just highlight it all at once. You can then simply hit F11 or ALT + F1 to create an instant chart.
What if you wanted to produce the final chart from this video in only a few seconds. I can't promise less than one second but certainly less than two or three. The answer is that once you've got something that you like the look of, you can save it as a template. Select the final chart and you can right click on it and choose save as a template. Now you have this as a template you can go to set chart type on any chart, go to templates and simply click on the chart you just had. There you go, the format is applied, and all you need do is add titles and move things around.
