Roger says "we're going to sell off all the land to private people...". My question is who gets the money that people pay for the land?
I assume the money will go to pay off those who purchased it from whichever country sells it. This sounds very interesting, and Roger seems enthusiastic and dedicated to carrying it out / making it a success.
However, there was a similar venture in Chile called Galt's Gulch. Apparently it failed, quite miserably and with numerous recriminations. Utopian ventures are grand ideas, but they may not be viable or sustainable. It'll be interesting to see how this works out.
Nevertheless, I wish for the best, for all involved!
