Questioning Everything - The New Heresy

This is hardly 'News' by a long way. It is in fact 'Olds'. But DTube is new.

Simply put, “The Principle,” is one of the most controversial films of our time.

Conventional wisdom dictates that the idea of Earth being at the center of the universe is a ridiculous holdover from an ancient, superstitious age. Modern science has long maintained that the human species is nothing special in the context of the cosmos.

Yet, when this mismatch is disclosed to the public, it appears that opinion and reputations is more worthy than fact. And so has questioning inaccurate theory has become a modern day heresy? Are we to find our selves further confined into virtual realms where facts will be continually ignored, if they were to potentially breach the frontiers of our fragile comfort zones?

Clearly, even the law is being changed to support the propagation of theory above fact. So will it soon be illegal to speak the truth, even when supported by hard evidence?

Of course, the Wikipedia article refuses to touch the evidence, and resorts to slander and muddying of the actual facts.

None the less - "The Principle" brings to light astonishing new scientific observations challenging the Copernican Principle; the foundational assumption underlying the modern scientific world view... But soon, you will not be allowed to question such things
