Tropic Thunder: Never Go Full Retard

Two 'actors' in character, roaming through the woods and one of them decides to discuss a Role of his, that did not work out. He gets the best advice, from someone who ironically has gone 'full retard' in this role. I've used this as a 'training' video for the mlm world. Too many people put 'all their eggs' into one basket. To me, that's like going full retard and it's why the industry continues to fail people, in an era when it should be replacing Corporate America.
