So I try not to be preachy, And I do cook what people will eat. I am working the golf tournament and wont be around again until Sunday night.
So cooking for those in house since my meals will be off buffets next few days.

- Sweet Peppers( If you like spice like me try one sweet one jalapeno and one hungarian yellow pepper. )
- BBQ Sauce
- Buffalo Sauce
- Classic Italian Dressing
- Kale

I rely on peppers to add heat, I’ve tried siracha and habanero sauced and it can get out of hand
