THE AFTER-CHRISTMAS LULL | The Roving Vlogger Day 88 (2017-12-26)
Do you ever feel like the day after a holiday is always a little... dead? After all the highs of Christmas, energy levels were pretty low around the house. We lounged around, played games, read, cleaned up the Christmas decorations, and watched a movie... and my eyes were glossed over for most of it. I didn't exercise beyond stretching and only did a couple hours of work. And the only time I even set foot outside was between the car and dinner at the recently-remodeled Walker's Grill.
Boxing Day is a nice release of all the holiday season tension before it builds back up to New Year's Eve. I just hope this sleepiness wears off so I can get back to really engaging with and enjoying everything going on around me!
