New Zealand seems to have missed Autumn this year

New Zealand has had a very long and hot summer. In some places if you look outside, you will see that the trees are still green. This is strange for the fact that New Zealand Autumn starts in March. We are now almost at the end of March, so normally would be in the middle of Autumn.
