An old classic Intel whisper blower is now supported by years of research

in #dtube5 years ago

A few years ago an Intel whisper-blower stated that he worked for Intel and they put backdoor into the ME which could read all data on an Intel computer. It looks like with every year that goes past, there is more and more evidence that this is the case.

Thanks Ed
Another good one.
Do you know if this also applies to AMD processors?

My guess, but I did not see anything about AMD, is that - its probably in all of them in one way or another. Apparently, you can try to patch it or something I seen them talking about "flashing something" but I have to read a lot more before I really understand what people are talking about on github etc., the worst thing, is that what about people's crypto passwords? They have all those if they want. Bring back the paper wallet haha.
