What an awesome job she did of sitting still and not flinching when they went in! So proud of her! 😃
Ear piercings were not yet mainstream until the 1970s, so I was already an adult when I had mine done. Before that, we always wore "clip-on" or "screw-back" earrings. My mother never had her ears pierced, and continued to wear clip-ons until she passed. I remember how horrified she was when I told her I'd had mine pierced... LOL!
