It's Babka time! 🍞🎂🍞🎂
You can shape your Babka into loaf, round, ring, or even smaller individual serving sizes. Babka is a lot yum!
Served with a glass of cold milk, or hot cocoa, tea and/or coffee, YUUUUUUUMMM 😉
Here is the recipe 😊
Dough:
1 c lukewarm water
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp active dry yeast
3 1/2 c AP flour
1/2 c sugar
A pinch of salt
Filling:
1/2 c almond butter
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 c brown sugar
Sprinkling:
Enough sugar
Streussel Topping:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c AP flour
1/4 c vegan margarine

The filling isnt sweet as the almond butter is without sugar
The topping is enough for 2 loaves
