Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies (Easy Baking)

Hi Friends!

I have a very nice cookie recipe to use up those ripe bananas you have on the counter 😉

These cookies didn't last long among my boys, my husband, and the boys friend. This mommy only had 2 in fact, them boys forgot me 😅😅😅😅

2 ripe bananas

1 envelope Dr Oetker instant oatmeal (Maple & Brown Sugar)
2 c flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp BSoda
A pinch of salt

1 c brown sugar
1/4 c monk fruit sugar
1/4 c vegan margarine
1/2 c almond butter
1 tsp Mexican vanilla extract

1 c DF choc chips
