There are sightings of alien spacecraft but they don't "show up" how you mean because the good aliens don't want to intervein with our society and the bad aliens have deals with certain governments to trade technology for access to do what they want in privacy. This has been going on for decades. Aliens will eventually come out for all to see. Just a matter of time.
