Video Won't Upload to Dtube, Any Suggestions?

I keep getting that error message, anyone have any ideas what the story is? The video is uploaded, the thumbnail is uploaded, I've filled in all the details and tags, but when I press submit it just gives me that error message. I've went through the process of uploading the video three or four times now and in one instance I even downloaded the video from IPFS (or where ever it's stored until it's submitted), and tried uploading that version.

I don't know what else to do right now.
