Trump is a good salesman, or at least he used to be. He has no credibility with wide swaths of the electorate so his sales-jobs are getting harder and harder. But he needs to be reigned in.
I guess my point is this guy and this problem are paper frauds. He spends his whole life in court attempting not to pay for things and to bypass NYS broken laws and legal systems etc.
Trump overall is a con-man and I don't see that anyone can succeed legally in NY Real Estate generally. Trump talks out of both sides of his face and this is done to seem perfect.

And I later learned more about Eliot Spitzer who has family and money in NYS real estate. It all stinks.

But you are right. Business maybe, but these people shuck a dud spud on you all in NY and now DC.
