Dead simple!
Except, ah, for the tongue-tiedness, the crazy distracting heart-beating, the voice breaking and the overall panic. It's definitely a skill I don't quite have... but I think my DTube habit is definitely helping...

well if you feel like that maybe it's because you don't know what your about to say or you don't feel confident in the information you are sharing because maybe you don't know it? -- i find that if you know your stuff then that other stuff does not happen because you have the confidence to deliver it.

just remember that 3 points thing too, sweep from one side to the other, if you watch most presenters they do it, focus on one area of the room, then switch to another, then another, different persons face each time, don't go back to the same persons face in that segment. i find that really helps change my delivery too.

Yeah, although I think it's more than that. Even if I know what I'm going to say, I find I suffer all these physical reactions to the stress of public speaking. Even in a meeting room, and we're all going around in order updating everyone, I get so crazy nervous, even if I know exactly what I'm going to say.

The weird thing is, I've done tutoring and teaching before and been completely fine. I'm hoping it's just a practice thing.

ah, ok, so maybe it's because your trying to over analyse REACTION to the people in the room instead of just delivering what you have to say -- as for the going around in a circle, understand that, i've had that before, where you get all like palms are sweaty eminem style ;) -- maybe meditations pre-meetings are in order! centre the mind!
