time flies right? I’ve been just embracing all the change and clarity — it’s been great.

Hey, how’s it going.

It’s been a hot minute. Not sure completely where I went there for a moment but I’m back now and I’ve got lots to tell you — mainly, I’ve switched everything around for my diet, feeding and resting in between all that, I feel clear, razor like clarity and I’m constantly looking for the next thing to get my teeth into — maybe it was the clogged up feeling before that stopped me from switching energy but now I’m literally embracing the next sprint.

The Intermittent Fasting was an eye opener that was for sure, the first day seems like forever and on the second day I literally stopped the fast by like an hour because I could not believe I was sitting there hungry wanting to eat two bananas but I was waiting for a fucking app to tell me that it was ok to get started — fuck that, take back some governance.

Maybe I went in a bit hardcore, pretty usual for me tbh. Anyways, day three and I’m starting to get a little easier with it, it’s making me make sure I’m on top of my eating cycle because now I’m thinking what I need to cook and when to make sure I’ve eaten everything I’m gonna eat today before I go to bed, also means that I’ve got this massive like space between 4pm and like bedtime where I could be doing stuff but I’m currently not — I can’t wait to fill that with writing and then tidy up the posts the next day.

(Like for instance my steem communities!)

I’ve also been spending a lot more day to day time over on pepo, it’s a video chat style app but it’s built around the OST blockchain and I freaking love it, it’s everything I wish in some ways that steem communities was but it’s not so, embrace the best parts of the blockchains you use and augment the rest I say — I’m enjoying the journey!

Oh yeah and I built this thing — https://ultimatepinnedvideo.com and I’m in the process of making some more videos to promote pepo and steem using that same time frame, I think at this rate I’ll be bringing back some of my older twitter accounts so I can link them all up to this community stuff — I can certainly feel a consolidation of all of the things into one easy to update place.
