Unfortunately the number of followers has simply no influence on your payouts haha
I get new followers everyday but usually nobody of them upvotes the posts.
I think the most of these followers just want to get followed back haha

uhhhh I don't even remember when it was the last time I have checked mine... but I am afraid to do it... because my upvotes engagement have been quiet low :(

Eheheheh i guess until you get to the 10k it will keep happening.... still a lot of people excited with steemit but they dont understand how to use it so they gave up on using it daily.... eheheheh
I have already 2,730 followers and I don't know how many are actives so I'll try what you suggested, thank you...
