Backyard Spotlight: Orange Striped Ribbonsnake
Not all snakes are bad guys! In fact, we only have a couple of snakes that can be considered dangerous here in my neck of the woods.
While cleaning up some debris in the yard, I ran across one of the benevolent snake species that inhabit the area: the orange-striped ribbonsnake (Thamnophis proximus proximus).
