For this episode about money... I had to wear my #goldmoney shirt! (compliments of an SSS bestie - @goldmatters). We are both in more of a saving mode these days and so we thought it would be fun to chat all about our tactics, mindsets and thoughts on how to save money on daily expenses.

What area of spending makes you feel the most guilty?
How do the ideas of abundance and scarcity play into the way you approach money?
@revisesociology # 1 - Take your daily average spend on take out coffee (or any other daily luxury) and multiply it by 365, then multiply that figure by 50.... that'll give you your rough future lifetime expenditure on coffee/ whatever luxury item.
@revisesociology # 2 - Next work out how many years on yr current annual salaries after tax it would take you to earn that amount.
@revisesociology # 3 - If you could save 90% of yer income and get used to living off 10%, how many years would it take you to save up enough to retire?
How do you save money on eating out?
How do you save money on groceries?
What is the Steem Sister Show All About?
We aim to bring more “non-crypto” related content to the Steem Blockchain. Although there is nothing wrong with this kind of content (@coruscate even posts on crypto related material sometimes) – we want to help create a better onboarding experience for new users. We talk a lot about attracting new users to the platform – but if the trending page is filled with crypto posts and flagging wars, they are likely to lose interest quickly.
We hope that by creating content that is more similar to what they are used to seeing on other social media sites – they will feel more excited about being here and creating content of their own!
How Does It Work?
We pick a different topic every episode, and then throw totally random questions about that topic in a hat and go back and forth. We always have a mix of our own questions and some audience questions. Our rule is that we cannot tell each other our answers before filming! So you guys are getting our raw, unfiltered reactions here.
Every episode we announce the next week’s topic so people can submit questions.

The impact of these money saving tips are even more if you consider the power of interests earn and compounding it over years! You could wind up with much more than many believe. That is why the best way to get $1 million is not to play the lottery but instead, save that money and invest it!

Excellent points my friend! Most of the millionaires out there aren't due to family inheritances or random events like winning the lottery. Most are just everyday people who were smart with saving and investing over a long period of time. :)
