Nice video. I usually double box glass shipments after learning my lesson years ago. It can cost a little more, but it's 1000x better than dealing with insurance claims and the peace of mind is worth it. I'm also am a fan of slight mods to flat rate boxes. I've worked some nice optical illusions and tape magic as I'm sure you have too.
