What a fantastic scene this is here. A sail boarder with a 360 degree forward flip off wave on North Shore of Maui Hawaii. Sure people like @surfermarly can do this much better?

What does that flip thing mean for normal people? So the 360 is the spin of a surfer's board during a manoeuver in 360 degrees, so e.g. 360 degree turn.
Another term - what is an A-Frame :-)?
So, the perfect barreling surf, a cross-section of an A-frame wave reveals an "A" shape where it is breaking soooo nicely.
