Tasmania is soon to commence a Container Deposit Scheme here. By all accounts a fair amount of time has been spent reviewing schemes worldwide and trying to piece together the best solution.
I can't wait. Now all we need is more ways to put use to the recycled materials.

its nice TAS is doing something as well. we reallly need to encourage people to do their bit. Even people do, this is extra incentive for people to make the additional effort
