Desert Combat Gameplay 02-28

Showing up to a tank battle with just a knife is probably a bad idea.

An enemy tank showed up and made its presence known as it tried to secure the area. I stayed close to so it could not shoot me but I could not really do any damage to it. After the tank sighting I take off using the Hind and using the attack helicopter to take out enemies on the bridge and at their base. Over time I clear out a bunch the rockets from the helicopters can cause alot of damage on troops and the anti vehicle missiles take out the tank as well.

I circle the base for a little while and then move onto a bridge covered in bots just standing around. Ive noticed when playing with alot of bots sometimes they get stuck and just pause making a line of enemies. I go to their main base and wreck some havoc. Using up the missiles I had on hand I take out some vehicles and move onto soldiers as I run out of anti vehicle missiles.

The hind carries alot of anti troop missiles, but it is not as nimble as the apache. I wish I could get the troops to unload from the helicopters, so I could ferry them across the map. But seems the scripting is not up to par in the game. Or at leas the mods ive found do not support troops unloading from helicopters.

I take a multiple rocket launcher truck into the battle and cross over enemy lines. Shooing rockets over the water I take out a bunch of troops. As I run out of rockets I move across the bridge to then be taken out by a enemy rocket launcher. It was a good kill streak while it lasted. I fly the hind again but this time crash into a windmill. That damn hind can be hard to control on small maps. Such a big helicopter it really takes alot to keep it under control.
