So in the agreement it says we basically can't use it if we're are in the US? Am I reading that correctly?
You cannot contribute to the pre-contribution period, from the U.S. , that is correct.
You will be able to use the platform and earn SMOKE from the U.S. (Or purchase on an exchange before then.. )
