Kid with broken arm, muscles up!
Nothing makes this Knight prouder than a kid overcoming adversity. In fact, SirKnight thinks us adults can learn a lot from them. This little bugger broke his arm a mere 3 months ago - and whilst he is still a good distance from his old form - he pushes forward at every opportunity.
Tonight, SirKnight toasts to the children. You are our future and you never let us down. SirKnight just hopes that we adults never let you down.

Children can often be a great example to all of us.
My son Chris, back a number of years ago was at an intenational TAEKWONDO comp.
In the sparing he broke a bone in his foot and then went on to win Silver in Forms.
How they do it?
IDK, but they have it in them all of the kids have got what it takes to be champs!

No just a parent of three XD Big two made states as well, but they do PCYC gymnastics which seems to be the same but not.
