“Civilisation” is the title of a 13 episode series produced and aired in 1969 by BBC. The success of the series is unquestionable and it stands the test of time fresh and solid in meanings.

Of course there is a big criticism on the fact that this programme is focusing on western art and philosophy. But easily, these critical voices are defined as biased and prejudgmental.
