Problem submitting a video (TypeError: Users.findOne(...) is undefined)

Hello,

I tried to upload a video but I cannot submit it.

Every time I click on the button "Submit" I get the following JavaScript error: "TypeError: Users.findOne(...) is undefined" (I used my web browser's console to find the error).

Is this error known? How can I proceed?
