As well, how can he try and force others into doing something against their comfort level and then expecting others to accept him as a woman? We are not forcing him to be a man and he is able to dress like a woman and be feminine if he chooses. Gender roles are based on what society deems as masculine and feminine and we assign these roles, such as dress codes, etc. Men are physically stronger and this is biological. We cannot change that. Brazilian waxing at these places is advertised for women because women have a vagina. This is not even logical that this man is going to court to argue that he is a woman? It would be like me arguing that i can fly and I have wings and that you have to believe this even though it is not true. The judge needs to set this sick person straight and protect the women. I pray that she or he makes a good judgment.
