佛跳墙Buddha jumps over the wall
佛跳墙：福建福州名菜。
据说英文菜名真的翻译为Buddha jumps over the wall（Steamed Abalone with Shark’s Fin and Fish Maw）。
其实我想说的是做佛跳墙剩下的鹌鹑蛋。
昨晚收拾厨房的时候，意外发现柜子深处有一盒被遗忘的生鹌鹑蛋，是春节的时候做佛跳墙的时候剩下的。
幸好上海的早春依然清冷，即便是在房间里，依然有保鲜的奇效~~~~
趁着天气还没转暖，赶紧在早餐的时候水煮鹌鹑蛋来配粥。

当我把水煮鹌鹑蛋搬上桌的时候，先生拿了一个就直接塞嘴里了！
可是我还没剥蛋壳呢！！
先生说，我们就这么吃的啊，这壳儿薄，直接嚼了就好了啊。
我……目瞪口呆。
我赶紧去问了问度娘。还真有这么吃鹌鹑蛋的人呢！真是活久见呐。
