I got still some Problems with D Tube :/ Whats wrong ?

After a sucessfull upload --- it still doesnt seem properly working also the Thumbnail does not Show up ? can someone please check and gimme a Feedback ? I dont get it how to use this D Tube i guess or it is very "bugy" ???
