Hi @theycallmedan. I think we have to have more interaction among all, we need to do more publicity outside, in all social networks so that many more people know about this great platform. For my part this week I celebrated my first anniversary in steem and steemit.com where I got more than 3000 Steem in total rewards, thanks to the original, creative and educational content that I share for all steemians and their closest children. But I think the rewards should increase, because sometimes we usually spend a lot of time to make our videos, or our tutorials, leaving the skin to share more content and grow the community. Many people are inhibited or discouraged from sharing their great knowledge because of the small amount of reward. Even so there are people with a lot of Sp to heal and they do not qualify or reward a good job. I think that better rewards attract more people. It would be a way to encourage people, as long as they share excellent content and let Steem know in each place they go, with each person they speak, in each of their networks, even on the radio.

That is my humble opoinion, I am only a small fish and I do not have valuable sp to help improve the rewards of anyone, but I can interact and promote the work of others with good comments.
