World leaders gather for UNGA General Debate: morning session

Live from the General Debate of the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York City, which takes place from Tuesday, September 24, to Monday, September 30. Leaders from the UN's 193 member states will gather at the UN headquarters in New York City to discuss international issues relating to development, peace and security and international law, among other topics.
